Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Returns Policy
We will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition, undamaged within 7 working days of delivery. Carriage charges are not refundable.In the event that you return goods to us for refund, we retain the right to charge you delivery costs. Our 'Free Delivery' does not apply to goods that are subsequently returned to us.Goods returned after 7 working days will only be accepted at the discretion of Binoculars UK Ltd and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we ask you to notify us within 3 days via phone or email and send them back to us using an appropriate method such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods and if they are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return and take the appropriate action to replace/fix the product as soon as possible.
